EOS® Pure follows the exact EOS® Worldwide methodology — a proven, standardized system used by 250,000+ companies globally. The M Model is a hybrid framework developed by Yves Rich Forget that incorporates EOS® principles but adapts them to CEOs who need more flexibility, customization, or are not yet ready for the full EOS® commitment.
The best way is a 30-minute discovery call. Generally, EOS® Pure is ideal if you have a leadership team of 3+ people, 10–250 employees, and are ready for a structured, long-term commitment. The M Model is better if you're a solo CEO, in a fast-changing industry, or need a more personalized approach.
EOS® Pure typically runs 12 to 24 months, with quarterly full-day sessions and an annual planning day. The M Model is more flexible — engagements range from 6 to 18 months depending on your goals and pace.
